Instructions
- Heat the broth.
- In a pan, heat the oil and half of the butter.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the pan until it starts to turn translucent.
- Meanwhile, peel and dice the apples.
- Once the onion is translucent, add the rice and toast it for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the apples to the pan. Pour in two ladles of broth and cook the rice, stirring and adding a ladle of broth each time the liquid is absorbed.
- When the rice is cooked, pour in the cream and stir well.
- Turn off the heat, then add the remaining butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
