Instructions
- Place the turkey drumsticks in a large pot, add salt, and fill with enough water to fully cover the meat. Bring to a boil (about 15 minutes), then simmer for another 15 minutes.
- While the turkey is simmering, peel and slice the garlic and rinse the rosemary.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C/320°F for a convection oven).
- Remove the drumsticks from the pot, make two slits on each, and insert garlic slices and rosemary leaves into the cuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40–50 minutes (35–45 minutes in a convection oven), or until the drumsticks are fully cooked and nicely browned.
