Crab stick rice salad

Instructions:

  1. Fill a pot with water for the rice and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add a pinch of salt, add the rice, and cook over low heat until done. Drain the rice and let it cool.
  2. Meanwhile, place a small pot of water for the eggs on the stove. When the water boils, add a pinch of salt and cook the eggs for 15 minutes. Immediately cool them in very cold water, then peel and dice.
  3. Dice the crab sticks and cucumbers.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, corn, crab sticks, and eggs. Add the mayonnaise, season with salt to taste, and mix well.
