Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta, and, once it starts boiling, cook the pasta.

While the water is heating, wash and dry the arugula. Place it in a blender and blend until finely chopped.

Add the pine nuts, grated cheese, a pinch of salt, and a peeled garlic clove, and pour in the oil.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and mix well with the pesto.
