Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C/320°F if using a ventilated oven).
Rinse the sea breams thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel or a clean cloth.
Cut the orange in half. From each half, cut 3-4 slices a couple of millimeters (1/8 inch) thick. Cut these slices in half to get 14-16 half-slices.
Juice the remaining parts of the orange.
Season the sea breams inside and out. Stuff each fish with rosemary and two slices of orange.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place a few slices of orange and rosemary in the dish.
Place the sea breams on top. Cover with more orange slices and rosemary. Pour over the orange juice and a drizzle of oil.
Bake the sea breams in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes (20 minutes in a ventilated oven).
