Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook each lasagna sheet in the boiling water for about 40 seconds, then use a slotted spoon to transfer it from the water to a clean towel. Gently pat the sheet to remove excess water.
Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of lasagna sheets.
Spread a layer of Bolognese sauce over the sheets, followed by a layer of béchamel sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Repeat steps 4-6 until you reach the edge of the dish.
Top the last layer with cheese and add a few small knobs of butter.
Bake your lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes (25 minutes at 160°C/320°F if using a ventilated oven).
