Instructions
- Combine the vinegar with milk, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the sugar, salt, and baking soda, and mix thoroughly.
- In a separate small bowl, beat the egg, pour in the milk and vinegar mixture (after it has rested), and mix.
- Add the egg mixture and olive oil to the flour and stir until the batter is well combined.
- Cook the pancakes in a well-heated pan over medium heat. When many bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for about 40 seconds on the other side.
