Pancakes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • Flour200 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • White vinegar (6%) – 2 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoons

Pancakes

  • Flour200 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • White vinegar (6%) – 2 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Combine the vinegar with milk, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the sugar, salt, and baking soda, and mix thoroughly.
  3. In a separate small bowl, beat the egg, pour in the milk and vinegar mixture (after it has rested), and mix.
  4. Add the egg mixture and olive oil to the flour and stir until the batter is well combined.
  5. Cook the pancakes in a well-heated pan over medium heat. When many bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for about 40 seconds on the other side.
