Instructions:

Boil the eggs for 12 minutes, then remove them from the water and let them cool. Peel the eggs and chop them roughly.

Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the peeled garlic clove.

Peel and dice the onion, then cook it over low heat until it becomes transparent.

While the onion is cooking, clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and dry them with a clean cloth. Dice the mushrooms and add them to the onion. Add a pinch of salt, mix well, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a bit of water if needed to prevent burning.

Once the mushrooms are cooked, transfer them to a blender. Add the eggs, mayonnaise, curry, and a bit of salt. Blend until you achieve a fairly smooth mixture.
