Whole wheat spaghetti with feta and vegetables
Instructions
- Place a pot of water on the stove to boil for the spaghetti. When the water starts to boil, salt it and cook the pasta.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the peeled garlic clove until golden.
- Clean the bell pepper and cut it into strips. Add it to the pan.
- Wash and finely chop the rosemary, sage, and thyme. Add them to the pan with the bell pepper, pour in 100 ml of water, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finely chop the feta cheese. Wash and dry the arugula and mix it in a bowl with the feta and a tablespoon of oil.
- Five minutes before the peppers are done, slice the tomatoes thinly and add them to the pan. Season with salt, stir, and continue cooking.
- When the spaghetti is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the peppers. Add the arugula and feta, mix everything well, and remove from heat.
