Pasta with zucchini cream
Ingredients (2 servings):

Instructions
- Put a pot of water on the stove for the pasta. When the water starts to boil, salt it and cook the pasta.
- Meanwhile, wash and clean the zucchinis. Cut the zucchinis into chunks, place them in a blender, and blend until they are finely chopped.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the zucchinis over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add the milk to the pan, season with salt, and cook for another five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the contents of the pan to the blender, add the chopped mint leaves, and blend until you have a creamy mixture.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and place it in the pan. Add the zucchini sauce to the pasta, mix well, and cook for another minute, or until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
