Pasta with bell peppers
Ingredients (2 servings):

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pepper sauce. Cut the peppers into pieces and blend them in a mixer.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the blended peppers to the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Pour in the cream, season with salt to taste, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. If the sauce starts to dry out, you can add a bit of pasta cooking water.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the pepper sauce. Cook for one minute, stirring to combine. Turn off the heat, add the grated cheese, and mix well.
