Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and coat them lightly with flour.
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chicken pieces for a few minutes until they turn white.
Pour the soy sauce into the pan (if the sauce is too thick, dilute it with a little water). Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add a bit of water if needed to prevent sticking.
While the chicken is cooking, cut the pineapple into chunks.
After 10 minutes, add the pineapple to the pan. Cook for another 15-20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Add more water if needed to keep the dish moist.
