Pasta with olive pâté
Ingredients (2 servings):

Pasta
– 160 g

Tomato pulp
– 160-200 g

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, add salt and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the peeled garlic clove.
- Add the tomato pulp, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for at least 10 minutes (or until the pasta is ready), stirring occasionally. Add a bit of pasta cooking water if the sauce starts to dry out.
- Meanwhile, wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley.
- One minute before the pasta is done, remove the garlic from the sauce and stir in the olive pâté.
- When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce. Add the chopped parsley and toss over medium heat for one minute, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
