Apple oladyi (Slavic pancakes)
Ingredients (2 servings):

Apples
– 1 (150 g)

Flour
– 110 g

Eggs – 0.5

Milk – 100 ml

White vinegar (6%) – 1 tablespoon

Sunflower oil – to taste

Sugar – 1 tablespoon

Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon

Cinnamon – to taste
Apple oladyi (Slavic pancakes)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and milk and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash and peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes. Sprinkle the apple pieces with cinnamon.
- After 10 minutes, add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, egg, and 1 tablespoon of oil to the bowl with the milk. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Add the apples to the batter and mix well.
- Heat enough oil in a pan to lightly coat the surface.
- Spoon the batter into the pan and fry the pancakes over low heat. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them and cook for an additional 30 seconds, or until golden brown.
