Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil for the pasta.
While the water is heating, clean the Brussels sprouts and cut each one into 8 pieces.
When the water starts to boil, add salt, then the Brussels sprouts, and bring it back to a boil.
Five minutes after the water comes to a boil again, add the pasta and cook until done. (If the pasta’s cooking time is less than 10-12 minutes, add it a bit later to ensure the Brussels sprouts cook for a total of 15-20 minutes.)
Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water from the pot. Serve the pasta with a sprinkle of dried mint.
