Chicken skewers in soy sauce
Ingredients (2 servings):

Chicken breast
– 500 g

Soy sauce
– 70 ml

Honey – 30 g

Sunflower oil – 10 g

Garlic – 2 cloves

Ground coriander – 0.5 tsp

Cumin – 1/4 tsp

Black pepper (ground) – to taste
Chicken skewers in soy sauce

Chicken breast
– 500 g

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into large cubes.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, oil, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and peeled garlic pressed through a garlic press. Mix well.
- Place the chicken pieces in a container, add the marinade, and mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 8-12 hours (I usually leave it for a full day).
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for an hour before cooking.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. Grill them not too close to the coals, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
