Soy-glazed chicken drumsticks
Ingredients (2 servings):

Soy sauce

Instructions
- Optional: For a lighter option, remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks.
- Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, until a golden crust forms. If the skin was removed, you can cook it alongside for extra flavor.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, tomato paste, honey, coriander, ginger, and peeled, crushed garlic. Stir until smooth, then add 150 ml of water and mix again.
- After 10 minutes, pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken. Once it starts to boil, cover and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes, turning the meat occasionally.
- Then remove the lid, increase the heat, and cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency.
