Liver patties

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • Calf liver250 g
  • Flour – 50 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Onion – 0.5 (~25 g)
  • Sunflower oil – as needed
  • Salt – to taste

  • Calf liver250 g
  • Flour – 50 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Onion – 0.5 (~25 g)
  • Sunflower oil – as needed
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the liver into large pieces and blend them in a food processor or meat grinder.
  2. Transfer the blended liver to a large bowl.
  3. Clean and finely chop the onion, then add it to the bowl with the liver.
  4. Add the egg, flour, and a bit of salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Spoon the liver mixture into the pan, forming small patties. Fry the patties on both sides until cooked through (about 2-3 minutes per side).
