Liver patties

Instructions
- Cut the liver into large pieces and blend them in a food processor or meat grinder.
- Transfer the blended liver to a large bowl.
- Clean and finely chop the onion, then add it to the bowl with the liver.
- Add the egg, flour, and a bit of salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Spoon the liver mixture into the pan, forming small patties. Fry the patties on both sides until cooked through (about 2-3 minutes per side).
