Instructions

  1. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, salt the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the ham into thin strips.
  3. In a pan, heat a bit of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced ham and sauté until it becomes golden and crispy, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the gorgonzola and milk to the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the cheese has melted.
  5. When the pasta is ready, drain it and transfer it to the pan. Toss everything over medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of ground black pepper.
