Pasta with ham and gorgonzola
Instructions
- Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, salt the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, slice the ham into thin strips.
- In a pan, heat a bit of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced ham and sauté until it becomes golden and crispy, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the gorgonzola and milk to the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the cheese has melted.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it and transfer it to the pan. Toss everything over medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Serve with a sprinkle of ground black pepper.
