Banana pancakes
Ingredients (2 servings):

Bananas
– 150 g

Flour
– 90 g

Milk – 90 ml

White vinegar (6%) – 1 tablespoon

Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon + as needed

Sugar – 15 g

Salt – 1/4 teaspoons

Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoons

Instructions
- Mix the vinegar and milk in a large bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes to sour.
- Meanwhile, peel and mash the bananas in another bowl using a fork until you achieve a smooth puree.
- After 10 minutes, sift the flour into the bowl with the milk mixture. Then add the sugar, salt, baking soda, and oil, and mix well.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix again until fully combined.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and spread it over the entire surface.
- Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small pancakes and cook them over medium-low heat. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them and cook until golden brown, about 40-60 seconds.
