Banana pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • Bananas150 g
  • Flour90 g
  • Milk – 90 ml
  • White vinegar (6%) – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon + as needed
  • Sugar – 15 g
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoons
  • Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoons

  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon + as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar and milk in a large bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes to sour.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and mash the bananas in another bowl using a fork until you achieve a smooth puree.
  3. After 10 minutes, sift the flour into the bowl with the milk mixture. Then add the sugar, salt, baking soda, and oil, and mix well.
  4. Add the mashed bananas and mix again until fully combined.
  5. Heat a little oil in a pan and spread it over the entire surface.
  6. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small pancakes and cook them over medium-low heat. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them and cook until golden brown, about 40-60 seconds.
